We are pleased to announce that Kristin Baldwin has been named to the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal's Forty Under 40 Class for 2016. The Northwest Arkansas Business Journal selects a group of forty individuals in Northwest Arkansas each year from nominations submitted by their peers. Kristin and her fellow honorees will be recognized at a luncheon on August 16, 2016 at the John Q. Hammons Center in Rogers, Arkansas.
Kristin is the Chief Operating Officer of Smith Hurst, PLC. In addition to her management of the firm's business and financial operations, she is actively involved in the Northwest Arkansas community. Kristin is a volunteer with Susan G. Komen for the Cure, serving on its grant committee and works on the organization committee for the Dream Big Charity Gala benefitting the Children's Safety Center. She is a 2016 graduate of Leadership Fayetteville where she received the Above and Beyond Award as the top graduate in her class and was asked to serve on the Leadership Committee for the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce. Kristin is also a member of the Network of Executive Women and has obtained her Business Communications Certificate from the University of Arkansas's Global Campus.
